This is in great shape. you need service with verizon. I don't know if it can be flashed dumped licked kicked stoned or whatever phone lingo you people say LOL all i know is i used it with verizon and it works great comes with charger and will be fully charged when sent. :D

if it was a prepaid it had to have mins on it for at least 6 months before it can be used under a contract...so thats what I need to know please..My hubby broke his and now needs a new one.....

okay to answer your questions. i called and it has a clean EIN and it CAN be used for either prepaid or Contract. I used it for Contract but i had the lady thru verizion look it up and she said yes . hope this helps all of you with your questions :D anything else i can do please ask.

I ship Once a week and that week falls on Friday. I can not have it out the next day as it is on a Monday. If ppl want free shipping they have to be patient and wait until payday :D that is one of the reasons i give 7-10 days. but you will get it. Patience Grasshopper :D
