My daughter is 7 yrs old and is very small. She just got out of 4t clothes. But she has long arms and legs. Do you think the sleeves on this would fit her?

I just measured the sleeves and they are about 15". They look short to me. But I believe this jacket is meant to have short sleeves. They are meant to be rolled up and When you roll them up they are just shy if being 3/4 sleeves
