This listing is for a new zebra tutu & headband set size 1-2yrs. Elastic waist measures 15" and stretches to 17". This is a triple layer tutu! Consisting of black, sparkley silver, & sparkley pink tulle. Very full and beautiful The zebra bow is embellished with rhinestones and is detachable with a clip. The headband is made on a waffle headband and also has a detachable zebra clip bow with rhinestones.
