The smaller one is Runway, a Mini-Con from 2002-03's "Transformers: Armada" series. He was part of a trio that combined to form a weapon called the Star Saber.

I had that blue and purple one when I was a kid in the 80s - I am pretty certain its from the GoBots line from later in the series but no idea what his name was.
