The listing, Ethiopian Opal Sterling Silver Ring Size 6 has ended.

I took a bunch of photos but none of them reveal the irridescent glow of red and green fire brilliance in this Ethiopian opal, sterling silver, size 6 ring. Incredible!!
And the setting is a hefty thick solid silver, marked 925.

Absolutely stunning!!!! I would get this in a heartbeat if it were a size 5;(. This is so hard to find you should do really well on this one!!!

Hope so. If I were energetic I would get it sized. I really love the stone and hate to get rid of it, but it is not doing anyone any good unworn.

Yes, it is very very nice. Got it on Ebay about a year ago but it was always too small for me. "7"s are too small unless I am really cold or put hand cream on ;D

It's not a doublet or triplet, it's stone all the way through from what I can see in the pic. That is a good thing !!!

Well, I am ignorant about stones and jewelry specifics, but I always admire the knowlege others have about it. I keep finding out that Listia has a lot of experts so I genuinely appreciate extra information!! It is a gorgeous opal. Sorta caramel color with so much red and green sparks!

I love opals more than any other stone. I've never seen one this color. I REALLY want it and it's my size for the finger I want to wear it on. I'll be watching.
