I painted a wooden plaque gold, then covered it with crackle medium and brown paint to give it an aged look. I added bat, spider, and web stickers. In the center I decoupaged a label reading "Enchanted Bat Wing Potion, Which Witch Inc. Concentrated Bat Wing Extract." I treated the entire surface with Mod Podge to seal and shine.

The plaque measures about 7 x 4 x 1/16 inches. I have cut a small hole in the top and attached a hemp cord for hanging.
