I'm a jewelry designer/instructor and will create this lovely genuine 9.5ct marquise blue star sapphire ring in solid sterling silver IN YOUR SIZE!

This is my 2nd listing for a star sapphire ring, but the other one was a 9ct pre-made in a specific size which limited those who could wear it. This time I'll make it in the winner's size AFTER the listing ends.

This genuine star sapphire has a very fine 6-leg star in the sun, and is not a Lindy or lab gem. My mother bought star sapphires in Thailand when I was a child some 50+ years ago and gave me first pick from her stash 2 years ago. This is the last one available.

I'll use fine .999 silver pointed tips bezel wire to securely hold the gem, will add a .925 decorative rope twist around it, fancy feminine pattern shank wire (band), and then solder all to .925 sterling sheet. I'll also hallmark it .925. The entire piece will be created with solid silver just like the one in the previous listing.

I'll spend a great deal of time sanding, buffing, and polishing the silver, then dip it in a Liver of Sulfur solution to give it the antiqued appearance. Antiquing gives a wonderful contrast between bright and dark silver eliciting depth and interest!

The ring will come in a very nice ring box perfect for gift giving. Mother's Day isn't too far off! I carefully package my items to prevent loss or damage, provide a tracking number, and ship to the entire USA + APOs within 2 business days (giving me time to create your ring).
