is the bottom row the outside of the purses and top row the inside? If I win one, is it possible in choice to use bottom row bandana as the outside? I am SO wanting one of these :))

yea any way u want it, but the top row goes with the bottom roll, but thats how i ve been makin them as the bottom roll on the outside
