LOL, i think it is too :) it used to shake and say "let me outta here", LOL i tried to put batteries in it to check it, and it would act like it wanted to come on, but wouldnt quiet get there, who knows maybe whoever wins could make it work, but its totally awesome for a laugh either way, and would be perfect just to drop money in or a gift card.
