These are new paints. There are a few that have been opened but those are the extras.

How many are PUFF Paint, and how many are SLICK Paint? There is a difference!

The box is already packed and ready to be sent. There is no diff. except for the size and shape of the bottles. I would test each bottle before you use them-put a drop on a piece of paper. If you squeeze too hard the top comes off and you get a big mess. If you have a hard time getting the paint out, stick a pin in the top.
