The listing, Precious Angel has ended.

Very beautiful. There is plastic over the picture and it has a light tear in it but there is nothing wrong with the picture -it is ready to frame and could not be more precious.

The plastic is something you remove off of the picture - it protects the picture and would not look right if left over the picture so it does not hurt it or take away from it - it will come off.....should never be left on.
