The listing, Antique Trivet has ended.

8"X5" wrought iron trivet from Lancaster, Pa. It was made by the Pennsylvania Dutch, it is one of their logos. They painted the pictures on their barns, This one is from around the mid 40's to the early 50's. It has a single blue bird with red wing, and yellow beak, eye, and legs, with 2 red and white flowers surrounded with green vines. At the top it has a gold open heart with a solid red heart in the center. This one is extremely heavy, well crafted.

I am sorry, I thought they still taught the meaning of inch and foot marks in math, but it seems they went with the multipication tables, and aren't there anymore. allowed in school anymore. 8"x 5" means 8 inches by 5 inches. If it had been 8'x 5' it would have been 8 feet by 5 feet. I tried to put in a picture of the back, but it won't let me add another one now, if you know how let me know.
