This is my very last portable pocket charger! Everything you see is what you get (not the ruler). JOLT BRAND!
Wish I had this so many times. Don't be caught with a low battery and no charger or no where to charge! You charge this and take it with you as a back up!!
2,200 mAh internal battery has enough life to fully charge an iPhone, smart phone, android.
5v/1A USB output chargers at the same rate of most wall chargers----Lasts over 500+ charges!!!
Includes a USB to micro USB connecting cable

Is this just a charger or is it a portable battery charger which if you stick the usb inside the battery charges out with any electrical source?

Boy would this be handy to have when selling at events.. Wouldn't need to pay extra for electricity just in case my phone or tablet battery gets low.
