Pre-Owned Final Fantasy XIII game for PS3. Bought from game store for $54.99 still has price tag on it. Still looks brand new, no scratches and case in great condition. Great Game.

ugh alright i bought it at the game store, and it is pre owned. but the cd and case looks brand new. i could literally peel that sticker off and you would think i just bought it.

You would want to say it is in very good condition or mint condition rather than brand new. I know what you mean when you say it looks "brand-new" but you need to be clear with the condition. It's just more convenient for bidders. :)
