Yeah, It is. People would rather gets used t-shirts for free than pay $5 shipping for a New Suit....lol. I don't mind paying shipping, when I really like something. But I guess that's what Our Economy Has come to. So as of May, I am only going to do 1 med flat rate and up to 3 small packages a week. lol.
