I've had this book for years and the sleeve does show a lot of wear and tear. I actually had to tape the inside of the sleeve. Wrote my name on the cover, and your general smudges on the inside of the front and back cover and outside pages (picture #4 if you can see). All in all...a used book, but the pages themselves are in decent condition.
