I hand make these hand punched (and brass-grommeted) little double-sided hang tags out of scraps of salvaged and vintage paper sample books. I use a nice variety of upcycled papers: thick, smooth or textured paper, some where the front is dark colored and the back is a coordinating light color for writing.
You can stamp or emboss or embellish them if you like, as well to make them even MORE awesome.

Sophisticated color schemes! Bright playful color schemes! Great for handmade product tags or gift tags! Just slip a string, twine or ribbon through and attach to your handmade item.
