This radiant face powder for fair skin consists of pebbles rather than pressed powder inside a palette. Puff included. The container is slightly less than 2" round. I am unsure as to how to administer this product but one member told me that you swirl the pebbles within its palette to produce the powder.

Absolutely brand new and full size. I do not sell old, used or open package makeup.
