kennethdahnke is right; teams manufacture these each year with preprints on them and sell them usually at the stadiums or through catalogs (now online). That's not to say that the ball has no value, as many of these are still a collectable novelty and some carry a decent resell value. This ball is representative of the 1993 Cincinnati Reds (the team was in the Series in 1990, but not 1993) as indicated by the fact that it has Bill Landrum along with Tim Pugh and Bip Roberts. Landrum pitched with the Reds in the 1980s and again for one season in 1993 (he was in Pittsburgh in 1990), however Pugh and Bip Roberts were not in Cincinnati until the 1990s, meaning the only year this ball can represent is 1993.
