The set of 6 stamps was issued in conjunction with the stamps exhibition ( INTERNATIONAL ) held
in Feb'2011 but to actually commemorate "100 Years of Indian Cinema" which was in May'2013.

It appears, India Post was merely testing the waters as the "50 stamps issue of May'2013" proved.

It is another matter, of course, that the distribution to public for this 50*stamps set got delayed to
mid-September'2013.

Stamps from THIS issue "actually USED" in May'2013 [...not the First Day Cancellation provided
throughout Sept'2013 by the post offices ] should therefore earn a substantial "collector's attention" if not any monetary premium.
