These cold packs are much needed when you have children or grandchildren...it soothes bruises, swelling and pain. it is reusable, just store in refrigerator or freezer...use as needed for pain and swelling..cold pack is non-toxic...suitable for children 3 yrs and up... i keep a few of these handy for my grandkids!!
