It only has One season and It sadly contains only Three OVA episodes.

Yep, Three episodes in total complete the whole anime series, They pretty much shoved Angel Sanctuary's (Manga) 120 Chapters into three episodes, so they never made a Season Two. (oﾟ∀ﾟo)
