You put them on the area you want the inches gone,for 45 minutes,it will say on the package,it does work.if you feel you like to get into them I can give you a name on FB to the lady that sells them.and she can take you though it.hope that helps answer your ?.God bless

Yea Listia removed it,because of the carb bottle I posted with the wraps.they told eke I couldn't post them.said has something to do with their rules of pills toothpaste.anything that goes in your mouth I guess,sorry,I'll be posting the wraps back up though.rules are rules I guess.:(

No it's only 45 minutes,but the cream that's on them you rub it in and not wash it for 8 hours,so the cream can soak in.like I said I know a gal that sells these,if your interested leave me your phone number,I can give it to her,and she can call you.
