Possibly vintage leather coach wallet, does need a good leather cleaner some darkening of the leather but solid no markings other than normal use, no rips etc. 5" x 4.5" Smoke free home.

I wouldn't clean the Patina off of that wallet at all. That's why you buy leather. Great auction.
