you put it on and let it set for a few minutes then wipe it off to get the dead skin cells off of your lips to make them look more hydrating and healthier my sister says it works great

Were those rules aimed at me? You can be honest, I know I have problems following rules at times (besides speeding tickets, the other day I had 13 items in the 12 or under lane)...
