1GB.2Rx8 pc2 - 5300u - 555 thats 2 sticks of ram for a total of 2 gb. i upgraded my motherboard and ram so here's the ram i was using :)

(non-ECC) thats what your board can take...... this ram is ddr2 pc 5300u
