Never used, but the packaging is open.
I bought this a few days ago, tried to use it with my Samsung camera card, and the card would not fit in the slot. That said, it did work with my friend's camera card.

Thanks, fanned you, too :-) This will definitely work on most camera cards, I just happen to have one of the few types of camera cards that this thing won't read - figures! lol :-) My friend has a Kodak digital camera, though, and it fit his sd card just fine.
