Nope- not silly. My mannequin is a DD also.......so it should fit your wife, if she is 40 "around I think it should still fit at one time I was a 40DD and I fit this- so I can say fairly the bust should not be an issue! :)

Aweee! Even thougH I do not know her, I am SOOOO proud of her! I too know as a woman how hard it is too loose weight., I had the Lap Band put in 2 yrs ago (weight loos surgery) I went from a size 20 jean to now a sz 7!!! I was also a 40DDD! TRUE! I finally got down to a 34D---it takes a lot of work( and ok, maybe some cosmetic surgery-LOLL) and motivation so I am so proud of your girl, she sounds beautiful & I wish her all the luck in the world!
