this has the Wi-Fi built in it...and does come with the power cord....I have tried the internet on it...but it was taking along time to connect....it has a sd card slot...and I believe the reason it was being so slow is because it is only a 128mb ..so I believe that is why they use the sd slot...not sure....that is why this is listed as-is....sorry I am unable to help you..i am not savvy about these netbooks....but I am sure someone is that is willing to work with it...
