Refurbished cell phone works fine no dead pixels or problems whatsoever (Sim card not included though) easy to get and inexpensive from T-mobile, comes with user guides, warranty information and manuals and charger works with T-Mobile pay-as-you-go network,.not fancy but great as alternate phone for business, if you sell on craigslist etc...as i own and use one myself as a business phone to keep my main number private.
