i wear a medical alert myself theres a card that comes with them and you fill it out and carry with you at all times when anyone who see you have one on know to look for the card if you don't have anything on it.like mine i have too many to list and will not fit.i hope this helps

Also I know thats its oblonged in shape, I dont know about how much info or anything like that except the basic info....Please understand that I hope you werent offended or anything else by my comment or anyone elses......Also I bought this and then they decided they had given me the WRONG test results and that I didnt need this after all.
