no, you wont' need anything else. you don't even have to sync it or anything. Just sit it down and turn it on and it works.

I bought a used Wii and there were 2 of them in the box??? Funny thing is before we got home and opened the wii up, we decided to stop and buy an extra contrloller and a wireless sensor bar! sooo..i have 3 of these all together lol.
