not sure what you call this pin, it has wings and looks like it is holding a medical snake symbol staff in one hand and the other hand is raised and says IRIS at the bottom which I don't know what that means,
^^^ there is NO MARKINGS on the back ***** and two toned like above picture of the back, The backing for the pin is round as shown.
