New. Crocheted by me with made in USA materials. Wash on warm/cold setting and allow to air dry for best results. The Blankie can be attached to carrier, car seat, crib, etc, and is meant to be a soother.

Believe it or not it's even softer than it looks. It's a substantial piece and with the receiving blanket it keeps baby snugly warm in the coldest of weather. I live in South Lake Tahoe, Ca so keeping our babies warm is pretty important.
