This is a Motorola Surfboard Wireless Cable Modem sbg6580. I used it for Comcast Service. The modem is in great condition, used it for less then a year. It comes with everything shown: originl box, ac adapter, and instruction cd.

roslyn1973... if you got cable internet and you are using there cable box you can have them to set up this modem and you wont have to use there cable modem...

What are the Windows operating systems it works with?

@mschll460, the modem is independent of the end users Operating system. You would be able to use this with practically any OS, such as Windows, Mac OSX, Unix/Linux.
