Thank you! It's 14" across without stretching the material. This is a stretchy knit so it does stretch quite a bit.

It is a thin comfortable material, somewhat sheer in a single layer, which is why it looks see through on the back behind the neckline. The woven part over the bust is multiple layers so has plenty of coverage there, plus it's navy so pretty forgiving & concealing. With that, I strongly suggest not wearing a white bra since that may show through.
