What size do you think it will fit?

it stretches quite a bit... but to fit 'comfortably' so the sequins lay nice- I would say probably no bigger than a 36 b. and since it stretches that also brings the top shorter- so its not real long on like it would look in the picture. it sits just at the top of your hips.

it will fit a small... to meduim. Forever 21 runs small anyways. It DOES stretch.. But if you are big busted, then the sequins won't lay right. I would say no more than a 36b to fit 'comfortably'.
