I found this beautifully simple scarf at an estate sale in our neighborhood. The photo's distort the color a bit - te tag says it is Lilac. It is not antique - obviously - but how long has it been since you have seen a Montgomery Wards tag? At least 20 years... so we will call it vintage. Smoke free home - from what I could tell - and it has never been warn (unless she wore it with the tag... like Minnie Pearl).

It is lilac with a vine of soft flowers going down the length of the scarf. Very wispy feeling and it is 61 inches long. YES - 61 inches... over 5 ft. And 13 inches wide.
