It is new. I just used it for a quilt. Not sure which area you mean, may be that my pics aren't great. Sorry.

I hope it is the pic, but it looks like it was folded and around the crease it looks like there was mold.Or perhaps the fabric is that way...

There is nothing on the fabric except the print that belongs there. It is brand new.

I can see the confusion. any appearance of dirt or wear is intended by the creator of this fabric design, because logically these are meant to look like engineer plans that were on paper, hence the appearance of dirty creases.
