I did, about 17 years ago and would have loved something like this to help me! This system is perfect for someone that is new to the world of personal vaporizers. The 5-Click Safety Function
Newer batteries include a 5-click safety function that allows the battery to be turned off to avoid inadvertent activation. With 5 quick presses of the activation button the battery will be turned off and can be stored safely in a pocket or purse without the chance of it accidentally activating and ruining your atomizer. To turn it back on you simply press the button quickly 5 more times. Many new users may believe that they have received a defective battery because it may be inactive when they receive it, but 5 quick clicks will oftentimes fix the problem by re-activating the battery.

No, it comes with everything shown, I'm sure if you don't know how to use one it's easy enough to get instructions off the Internet. For instance I just typed in "how to use a vape e-cig and a ton of stuff came up, including this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-djFMU00vU

I've seen you ask what mods are, i don't know if you've gotten an answer yet, but vape mods are just interchangeable parts (batteries, cartomizers/clearomizers/atomizers, drip tips, etc) for the vaporizer. Some pens you can get different parts to turn it into a vaporizer that does waxes and oils as opposed to just e-juices, also to turn one into a dry herb vape. Its just the term to generalize modifying your vaporizer to tailor it to your specific liking or need. :-p (i work at a smoke shop)

Filling your eGo Vaporizer with e-juice.
One of the first things you need to know before using your eGo vaporizer is how to fill the tank with e-juice. If you make a mistake in filling your tank for the first time, you run the risk of ruining the atomizer, or having an unpleasant vaping experience. If you follow this step by step guide, I guarantee you will have a more pleasurable vaporizing experience.
Filling CE5 CE4 CE6 atomizer cartomizer clearomizer
Step 1: Unscrew mouthpiece off the tip of the vaporizer. See that metal hole in the middle of the tank? That is the heating coil. You don't want to get any e-juice inside of that hole. Your goal is to get all of the liquid to run down the side of the tank, all the way to the bottom. If you get any liquid inside the core, you can clog it up, and decrease the life span of the atomizer. You can also suck the juice out, and get some on your lip. Trust me when I say, that doesn't taste very good.
how to fill eGo vaporizer CE5
Step 2: Fill your needle bottle that came in your kit with your favorite e-juice. Using a needle bottle makes it a lot easier to avoid making a mistake. Angle the atomizer tank so that the needle is facing away from the core. Allow the liquid to run down the side, filling the tank. Don't fill past 1.6ml. Follow the markings on the side of the tank to know how much you can fill.
Step 3:
Screw the mouthpiece back on firmly. Allow the liquid to saturate the core for about 5 minutes before using it for the first time. This will increase the lifespan of the atomizer, as well as prevent any burnt taste from occurring.
Step 4:
