Absolutely - it's new. Stem is pulled out so the battery isn't running until the winner activates it. Thanks for looking.

Okay thanks. Sometimes if the stem has stayed pulled out and is new, it doesn't work and you don't know til you get it. You may want to push it in just to check to protect your feedback just in case. Then you can pull it back out to save battery if you want. Great auction!
