FREE: Wetseal Muti-Colored Shirt

A super fancy Wetseal extra small shirt. Though the tag says extra small, it seems like it will fit a small as it does have stretch to it.
This is such a cute shirt the million pictures I took, do not do this shirt justice!! The fabric is super soft, while the tag is sort of fading I believe it says polyester and Spandex, but all I am aware of is how soft this shirt is!!
The pattern is multicolored, with whites, blues, greens and brown. Please look at the photos to see the pattern.
The shirt also has like this fabric at the chest that makes this ruffle. (I did photograph how it looked without the ruffle)
The back is connected with a metal hoop, the shirt does have two other hoops along with this one.

The shirt has been used but looks brand new, seriously. No rips or stains.
Comes from a smoke free, pet free home.
