I don't think you can relist it once someone has bid on it. If they win it you have to send it to them or refund their credits regardless of the price. And refusing them a product that they won will cause you to get negative ratings.

if you want it over 15,000 you should set the auction for it. read the terms of use of the site. you cannot close and relist an aution, if you feel it is worth more you need to set the bidding to start at a higher rate, otherwise you will be banned.
