Patriotic dress for your doggy. This has never been worn. It was a gift to our dog, we tried it on him, but thought it was too feminine for him. Great for Memorial Day or Labor Day !! It does not indicate a size. We have a Bichon and it fit fine. So I would say good for a small dog, but not small enough for a toy or miniature dog. Smoke Free Home and FREE SHIPPING!!!

Does the dress velcro underneath? If you can get a neck, chest, and length from the collar to the bottom of the dress... You will get a LOT more bids. Thanks.

Hello, Yes there are two velcro straps, one at the neck and one for under the belly. I never thought to measure the outfit. That is a good idea. I will post the measurements as soon as I can get them. Thank you!!

These are the approx measurements. The velcro is 3 inches long so that is why there is a three inch difference (adjustable length) in the measurements.

NECK: 12 - 15 inches
Belly: 15 - 18 inches
Collar to End Length: 15 inches
