The listing, Motorola droid Verizon phone w/ keyboard has ended.

Works fine
It's got wear and tear so don't expect it to look TOO pretty but there are no cracks on the screen everything works! Love this phone. I just got an upgrade though.
DOES NOT COME WITH BOX OR CHARGER.
My cat chewed the charger one day while I was at work lol
I am going to charge it before I send it so you have time to find a charger.

Is the ESN clear (i.e. not stolen, prior bill paid and/or no issues with prior account connected to the phone, etc) for the phone to be activated? For example, I bought a phone from someone on eBay once and could not activate the phone because the prior owner still had an outstanding balance on their account.

Well I don't think that has anything to do with a contract phone.. I still have the same number just a new phone. Only way that would be an issue is if you were using my account or SIM card or something.. but no its not stolen or anything

Is this a 3g or 4g? A verizon representative told me that all 3g phones, with verizon as their carrier, can be used with prepaid plans ~ 4g must be on contract. Thanks :)

As the owner of the phone you could look on the phone to see a model number or serial number as it is not listed. There have been many models of this phone.

No it needs a SIM card. They are free at Verizon. All plan phones need a SIM card
