This is in excellent condition - no damage ie no chips, cracks.

This Victorian style top hat is a pretty light aqua blue color in the hobnail pattern, with a milky opalescent rim.

Measures 2.5" tall x 3.25" brim diameter.
No chips or cracks, no chiggers, comes from smoke free home

Just an FYI that most people do not know about the top hat...it belongs upside down for it is actually a toothpick holder :)
