I bought this at a yard sale, the woman who sold it to me sewed a swatch of cloth in front of me- looks like it's in excellent condition--comes with everything pictured foot pedal ac adapter (or uses 4 AA batteries) and instruction booklet. shipped anywhere USA with tracking.

I cant even find a youtube commercial on it... what makes it so special? Is it just a regular sewing machine? Im interested... just wondering what the perks are so i know what i want to bid for it.... :) thanks for any info

I'm sorry to let you down but, other than the fact that it's lightweight, and can be run on batteries, and i'm sending it to the winner for the mere price of some credits, it's really not special at all. Next time I will look for a sewing machine that has a fireworks display, or makes it's own beer or something :-)

Sure, just to clarify it doesn't say the model anywhere. I also don't see that any other model besides the 17390B was ever made.
The reviews are all different, one from the guy on Amazon that sounds like it outsmarted him :-) and others from people who think it's the best thing since sliced bread.
