In this auction the winner will receive ONE unopened geode.
A geode is a geological rock formation that contains a cavity lined with crystals.
The most common find inside is clear quartz crystal, but some have colored crystals. There's no way to tell what's inside until you crack it open- but that's the fun part!!!
The best way to crack them open is to put it in an old sock and hit it with a hammer. These are so much fun!

You know I never seen these till I went way Up North in Mi. Almost to the UP, it was a gift store in town, I live 40 Minutes from Detroit my whole life and traveled all over Mi. cutting them with a diamond saw allows a person something that they might be able to make into a pendent. Where are these from? And what is normal content for them?
