This is in good to very good condition. It has some light scratches.

Hi Sherry23, it is a shooter game like Call of Duty but instead of a first-person view where you see just the gun in front of you this is a "third-person shooter" where you see your character and gun. I think your husband would enjoy the game. Look up "Gears of War" on youtube.com for footage to see if you think he would enjoy it. :)
