Pick up is avail, so I do not package any item until the item is won that way if it is a pick up the person can see the item before leaving with it.
I use USPS first class or flat rate boxes for most auctions

No, not first class. This is what USPS says about shipping First Class: First-Class Mail is required for personal correspondence, handwritten or typewritten material, and bills or statements of account. It may also be used for any mailable item, including advertisements and lightweight merchandise.

I have never been good at the price calculations on these things, so I always warn that the price is an estimate until I get to the post office and pay for it at the counter, but rest assured I never charge more than what the postal office charges me. I try to use the cheapest shipping options avail. but you are more than welcome to add insurance or pick a preferred method of shipping.

No problem! First Class is actually used for anything 13 ounces and under, it does not have to be paper mail, so long as it is under 13 ounces. Most likely this would be, since it is missing a tiny bit and was 10 ounces new. Of course this depends on how you package it too. Thank you so much for your help!

Someone else did the same thing on another product, I am going to copy and paste the answer I gave her in here.

FYI shipping would be first class so it would only be like $1 or $2, which is less than half the cost of a 3 pack of these condoms.

I'm not sure how to cancel your bid. I think only you can do that, but I really don't know. There is a help forum and people will answer you quicker there than the submit a request section.

HOW TO:
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the tiny CONTACT/HELP link
The "HOW CAN WE HELP" page should load
Click the "SUBMIT A REQUEST" button
If you choose you can submit a request to Listia and/or
Post in the forum (usually there are mods in there that can help)
To get to the forum just click the gray tab above the sumbit sheet that says "LISTIA HELP FORUMS"
Then you should get some response as to how these things are handled.
You may want to copy and paste the URL link for this auction with your forum post so if a mod can cancel your bid they can find the item you bid on.
